ITIL v3 Foundation Certification

The ITIL v3 Foundation is a fairly comprehensive qualifcation in service management and requires the student to have a basic understanding of the broad syllabus and guidelines. The content can often be quite heavy, so I’ve decided to try and document some of my findings whilst studying, and to attempt to make a really dumbed down guide for the beginner to follow
